23 years ago. Waluigi made his first debut in Mario Tennis 64 on the Nintendo 64. And he's definetly the brother of Wario. A bit of surprising he's still popular in the Mario series (Even though he didn't managed to be in the DLC than a trophy in Smash Bros Ultimate. Some people still make memes of Waluigi not being in Smash.)

Happy late anniversary to Wario's brother "Waluigi" (2 Days ago was his 23rd Anniversary of his gaming career in the Mario franchise.).
