yet another Bill
I've yet to see a sad face from Bill yet, at least from the actual show and fanart, which made me curious.

It started out as an actual test to see if Bill's design could actually be ghosty/scary/demonic. I took away the hat and bow tie and added some drippy stuff on his eye to look unnerving, but at that point, his design was actually a bit boring, so I just made it regular Bill again. (May recreate the original drippy-eye thing later)
But I was thinking a little, and I would be a bit lonely in the Dreamscape or whatever. Not getting to interact with anyone or anything, not being able to feel anything, not even pain, apparently. I mean, Dipper went pretty crazy pretty fast.
sounds pretty deep, yo.

I doubt Bill would ever be lonely or sad, though, lol.

He has the head that won't stop screaming to play with for all eternity! He probably has many more fun toys, too~
Hell, I have a device that hooks up to all of the knowledge ever collected, only use 0.0001% of it and I've been entertained for 16 whole years!
