Description
Hello everyone!
I’ve just released an update to the betta fish pattern. This is the same pattern as before, but uses new techniques to make it easier to sew. Updating it to my new pattern format means the price has gone up from $7 to $9, but the pattern now includes seam allowance and a few other quality of life updates.
You can get the pattern at: www.beezeeart.com/products/bet…
There is also a video to go along with the pattern! www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOTkOh…
If you purchased the older version of the pattern and want to use these newer sewing techniques, you can simply tape the anal, caudal, and dorsal fins to the body to create a single piece and follow along with the video. There’s no need to purchase the new version unless you want to.
And, don’t forget, my holiday sale will be starting soon so it will be a great time to grab this updated pattern! Nov 25th - 18th, Take $2 off your pattern purchase with code “BeeZeeBlackFriday” at www.beezeeart.com

Really like the new edit to how your pattern is laid out, it's much less labor intensive / start-and-stop now. Thank you for updating your pattern and also telling old purchasers how to update it on their own, it really helps for those of us cash-strapped, as much as I'd love to throw more money at you! (And believe me, I will - excited to see what you come out with next!! <3)

Thanks I don't plan to update all the patterns because that's a ton of work, but definitely the bat, axolotl, and betta fish (which is now done) because I use different ways of sewing them than when I first made them. I feel bad when people struggle on a difficult part that I've eliminated entirely when I make it myself. And from here on out all the patterns I do will be in this new style. I'm hoping in another few years I'll come up with an even better way still! Glad to know the extra work I'm putting into the patterns is paying off
