Something random that came in my mind.Kids this age don't really follow the differences between male and female. So Raleigh who has two big brothers don't like that they can pee while standing up and she has to sit down. What a perfect argument at morning when your parents are still half asleep.

Well it's not like Ethan ate every girl he came a cross. If it was choice and he didn't need cell meat to survive he would have never started, but since it's not matter of choice he just went along with the whole "eating cells" thing without much thinking about it too seriously.
June actually was working in 911, taking in emergency calls and after one girl managed to grab phone and call for help, before she was eaten, June wanted to do her damn to catch Ethan and learn more of his species.
Though Ethan being an ass played around, teased her and eventually slept with her, which caused June to lose her job and things kinda went on from there
