Description another environment concept. this is actually a background for a character illustration im working on. also i know i really need practice with staging natural settings. loosely used a reference on this. this piece inspired me to make my own nature brush set. didnt use it in this pic but look back for new environment works with said brushes.

lol. you are correct. but they are completely unintentional. i just have a tendency to subconsciously make faces in everything. its really weird.

I think it looks pretty cool, but I think there's too much texture and not enough defining the shapes with form. Your signature was hidden in the rocks....coooooool

hmm... i think you're right. shapes need to be more clear before applying on texture. i blame my process. i always want to jump into the textures too soon before the shapes are defined. more underpainting next time. ill make some corrections on this before i call it quits. thanks dude.
