I drew this because of Pavi. It's all Pavi's fault.This is just bizarre...I'm sorry. I kind of just wanted to make fun of weegee Luigi for doing that whole ripping-open-his-shirt-at-random-moments thing. But this is what I think when I see him. I can't look any deeper.
