Kids don't do realism.
This TLK real life will not spawn any devoted fan artwork.
All fanart will still be styled based on the 1994 movie.
Disney is basically betraying what is essentially its most defining attribute.

I'm mostly sad we won't get great expressions and emotions such as this with the remake, there's just so much more you can do with cartoony style- sure the realistic style looks beautiful but it also seems to take a lot of the creativity away- still will see it and give it a chance, but the original will forever hold my heart
