Uhh I think you right click the keyframe that your rotate-y thing starts on, make sure it's on Motion Tween, then click on your rotating item (should have a blue box around it at this point). Click on the last keyframe where you want it to STOP moving and then just rotate the picture like you would if you were editing it in photoshop (I don't have flash in front of me right now so I can't be more specific xD)

But hopefull that has at least done... something helpful for you. |D there are a ton of tutorials all over the web anyway.
