Made for the Pelit Online 3D modeling contestThe current theme was "3D game". I thought in the beginning to do a 3D-game screenshot-type thing, but ended up with this. Thought three dies were more fun.
Anyway, on with the technical stuff -- modeled in 3ds max 6, rendered with VRay 0.9 free, DoF and AA enabled. Materials were pretty straightforward. The "paper" the dies are on are actually a scan of my Pop'n Music 2005 Calendar's pages with stuff written on it.

Haha, this is clever, and solid 3D work too with a good composition. I would've made some of the dots a little smaller and placed the dots on the six a little closer to the center, but that doesn't matter much. I've never really browsed through your whole DA gallery - I probably should've done this earlier
