Oh! Is this like The Pied Piper and rats? The rat people are led by him, all single minded. Like a dictator, "We'll do what ever you say" mentality, they fall head over heels for him. Kind of like a Communism statement too.
Of course, you have lovely shading here, and that hand is marvelous!

I only know Nils Holgersson who flew with the geese, by Selma Lagerlöf. Your picture made me think of the Pied Piper of Hamelin, who led the rats into the river, and then stole the children when he didn't get his promised pay.

No, that was the Pied Piper! Maybe it would be more internationally understandable if you called it "World Needs a New Piper". Or "Ukraine needs Nils" if it's mainly aimed at a CIS audience.
