I'm not into death outside vore, so if any living micros are flushed they will safely make it to the sewers. Where they will eventually grow back to normal size and go back home, scarred and disgusted.

Well if the predator is Kyle, the micro will be okay. Kyle and Jackal check the toilet if any survived. They aren't mean enough to flush a living micro down the toilet. Even if they are mean enough to eat them.
