Actually i borrowed the lineart from page 414 from DBM when he became ssj for the first time.
I made it bigger and changed a couple of things (hands, hair, facial expression).
I can't do a lineart from scratch myself.

I used two layers in photoshop. The first layer is the lines on the edges and i made the second one
transparent after i colored it. Oh, and i used both the inner and outer glow filter.
And then i used the eraser tool to clear the area around baddack.
And that's it.
