Cell is hands-down my absolute favorite villain in Dragonball Z. He's one of the reasons I love the series. There is no one like him. He is devilishly handsome, an almost near-impossible opponent, and an intelligent being who can guess your weakness.
I love Cell's evil smile. There is nothing like it.
Whatever his transformation is, Cell is still Cell. Cunning, clever, sinister, he's just.... wow... unimaginable.

The only good thing I can say about dbz kai is the voice acting was great but the rest of it was bad.

Cell is definitely badass! He's my second favorite villan. My first favorite villan is baby. Baby is like, badass times one MILLION. HE'S SO FRIGGEN COOL!!! especially for a cartoon!
