In a shop if there is an item for 10 $ and you have 5 $ they will randomly give it for you for 5 $? Which country is this, I must travel and live there since here in a simple shop if something is 1000 forint then it's 1000 forint, the shop assistant can't, not allowed and don't even want to give me for cheaper just because I smile so kindly.
