Finally! I was working on this picture since November, and now I had enough time to finish it. The most difficult part was for the to find out the background. And I'm still bad at lineart.

So, this scene is taken from William Golding's Lord of the Flies, end of Chapter 11:

"The chief snatched one of the few spears that were left and poked Sam in the ribs.
'What d’you mean by it, eh?' said the chief fiercely. 'What d’you mean by coming with spears? What d’you mean by not joining my tribe?'
The prodding became rhythmic. Sam yelled.
'That's not the way.'
Roger edged past the chief, only just avoiding pushing him with his shoulder. The yelling ceased, and Samneric lay looking up in quiet horror. Roger advanced upon them as one wielding a nameless authority."

I've read the book many times but first time in English. This made the scene mentioned above clear, what happened exactly... This is my imagination about this scene. Samneric are frightened in the background. Jack's eyes are closed because of his rage or hate or something similar feeling. He closes his eyes because he knows what will happen next but don't want to watch. Roger looks back a bit, and he's not smiling but he's fierce. Jack has a spear but Roger hasn't, he will use his bare hands. Or maybe he has a spear in his right hand, I don't know. When I read this part in the book, I imagined some "bullet-time effect"... this sounds a bit weird, I know.

Edit: According to ~unicornomics 's comment, I revised the picture and changed a bit. Also changed the title, because I've borrowed a book from the library: Brodie's Notes on Lord of the Flies (by Graham Hadley, 1965), and it claims that this certain sentence is said by Roger, but it was not sure for me. (I always thought that it's said by Sam or Eric.) I think it's a better caption for this picture (the original title was rather a working title.)
