Hey there, I'm currently using your base
I have one small question to ask, though this does not apply to me.
What happens if someone using the base is making a character with pink eyes? or what about if they want that specific set of colours on the dress? I have seen your previous answers to this, but find that it's rather rude to say this with no reasonable explanation, considering some base users may particularly like your base as a result of the coloration of the dress or eyes.
A small suggestion, if I may. Ask people to discuss with you before using the original colours, as opposed to telling them that you will ask them to remove their work from a public site where you yourself have posted it for free use. The colour combination you have on the doll is pretty and elegant, if you don't want them to use the current colours then do it in fluorescents.

as far as i remember i used the exact same colors that were on the original picture-
even tho i practically redrew another persons base, they had a link to the original picture and i just took the colors from there-
i have also noticed that buntybases deactivated their account and that the base ins't there anymore-
i think it's not hard to figure out why i want them to change the colors anyway...
i think that i didn't say anything rude honestly- i just don't want to see the same thing all over again

it's unoriginal and boring
this is the reason why all of my bases that have clothes have that in their rules
besides if they like the color combination- they can slightly change it it's not hard
the reason why i didn't use fluorescent colors is because they look simply horrible on a base
the "i will ask you to remove it" part is there because many do not even read the rules on a base, when i comment that on a persons base edit and they read it- this is just a way to MAKE them read not only my description but other base makers((or actual artists)) descriptions as well- of course i'm not going to report them or anything because they didn't change a few colors because they're too lazy to even think of a color combination or to google a nice color palette- and surprisingly many do change it immediately which is really nice of them- so that's it.

I've looked myself and i can't seem to find it either and i am not sure how to look for ti further i tried searching under chibi with dress in Google images but was unsuccessful

it's not. simply change the hue if you're lazy.
besides... if would be pretty boring if every single person who used this base had the same colored dress.
