you click download, or the right mouse button and then click save image as.
open in ms paint and use the curve tool to draw the hair clothes etc. (or any other program)
When you finish you submit it on da.
also don't forget to read the description, many bases have rules so it's better if you read that first

lol You can keep the clothing, but you might want to keep the decorations, embellishments and patterns off that way people can customize with the base more and it won't look like Sakura with different hairstyle XD
