Sure! I've never done a custom adopt before so this could be fun. 
I would still like 15$ for a custom. (I'm kinda shot on money lol) You can pay once its done. I'll note you a link to my PayPal. If you end up not liking the character you can back out and I'll just sell it as a regular adopt.
