My favorite cute little dragon ever. (Except for Toothless, of course. ^.^)His dog form in Equestria Girls was cute, too, but a little odd. I couldn't do it. xD;

His desing is quite interesting his hair and teeth give him an unusual look, and it is giving me the urge to write something inspired by it, one day, maybe.

Him still being himself and relatively equal in EqD was good and all, but him having a human form would have been cooler. I blame it on him going into the mirror when he technically wasn't supposed to and, well, it'd probably be a bit harder for him to sneak around in a non-dog form. Then again, the Cutie Mark Crusaders were suddenly high school freshmen, so it could have worked for him!

Perhaps, (now this is a theory I just came up with, though I'm probably not the first) Spike became a dog in the alternate world because he's considered a "creature" in the pony world. Ponies are the primary species, right? Everything else (birds, bunnies, dragons) are secondary. Maybe Spike turning into a dog makes sense because since he's not a pony, he wouldn't be a human. After all, EG Fluttershy has Angel, and he was still a rabbit! It's a thought.
But you have to admit, Spike is adorable no matter what form he's in. x3
