Yeah, I think Bass would be better off working with Shadow than with Megaman. Why team up with someone you'll just end up fighting in the end? Here, though, I can at least see these two willingly collaberate if, say, Robotnik and Wily worked together to take over the world with machines. Nicely done!

You know, looking at it, if Bass and Shadow ever did team up, I think Bass would drive Shadow nuts because he's so arrogant about everything. Shadow would probably be tempted to punch him in the face every five minutes if that were to happen. xD But even so, I can still see the vision. The epicness of it all...

I don't see anything wrong with the background. I would have liked it better in #000000 (The hexadecimal number for the blackest black a computer can input), but other than that, this is pretty much perfect.
