We're not yet out of the Christmas season, so it still counts, lol. xD

One of my favorite renditions of Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer has always been Rankin and Bass's classic stop motion film. Plus it's been forever since I did an anthro for anything, so it worked itself out.

In this case, instead of a red nose I went with red eyes for Rudolph instead, which I believe would be considered a bad omen in reindeer folklore due to the increased magic red eyes bring. In Rudolph's case, he not only has flight but increased speed as a result. I also tossed around the idea that, while male reindeer are gifted with the power of flight, females can create ice and snow. Better watch out, Rudy, Clarice can take you on now, too.

I wanted to do both the child and adult versions of them, as it shows the character growth Rudolph goes through. Clarice has always been outgoing and confidant, whereas Rudolph had to get there over time. He's pretty shy about her advances and then fully embraces them eventually. I have another piece I'm working on that discusses that, mwa ha ha...
