Ah, my favorite anime "villains" of all time. I use quotations because, let's face it, they're not as evil as they think they are and could do much worse if they really wanted to, but they just have such heart and empathy despite all the chaos they cause. I grew up with these lovable dorks and don't regret any moment of it.

(Also, does anyone else notice how effective they are when just doing honest work? They could rule the economy if they really tried. xD)
