Energy beams held him firmly in place and he couldn't move an inch. A needle poked into his navel and only broke the skin slightly. He winced and hissed.

"Test subject R-zero-P has been acquired, begin test," said a voice over a speaker.

The needle pushed into his navel a little deeper until it had pushed far enough past the solid flesh barrier to access the inside of his body. There was a beeping of a machine and the needle shifted slightly as its base was activated. A cold sensation spread from the stab and move outward. His belly began to tingle and he moaned uncontrollably. What were they doing to him and why did it feel so good?
