Remember Scourge the film about a monster that entered people's belly button. I think you should do that. But start it as an alien abduction where they probe and are fascinated by a human belly button. He tries to escape and they catch him and that's when they decide to use the scorge on him. I've looked everywhere they don't do male abduction with navel tickling.
