Kairi you dumbass bimbo.This is not so much a comic as it is a notice of the game which I had to share
Kairi could have totally escaped from her prison cell!! It would have been so easy to just slip through the bars (they were ridiculously far apart). I know I know, now you say that there was probably some traps or energyfields that kept her there. Well maybe there was, but since the player cannot really see them, this scene with Kairi "helplessly" locked up really bothered me like hell. I just kept thinking: "run you stupid bitch, run! what are you waiting for? XD" Maybe she just liked to be the lady in distress.
PS: Just looking at the drawings I think it is obvious to see that I hate drawing Kairi (and Pluto) :/ . I will gladly leave the annoying Kairi alone now, org. XIII is much more fun to draw.

Maybe she could get through the bars, but where would she go? That room doesn't connect to the ones you can get to in the game; the only way out is through the Organization's dark portals. Plus, Sai'x checks in on her every now and then, and I don't like Kairi's odds against his claymore. Even the Dusks would have no trouble tossing her back in the cage.

No, slapping doesn't work. Remember back in the intro, when Roxas' bat just whiffed right through them until it turned into the Keyblade? Also Pence and Hayner, who tried to save Kairi from being dragged off to this very situation with their bare hands, and just fell through Axel. Clearly, Nobodies can only be hurt by magic weapons. Being made of "nothing" has a few advantages, it seems.

She only got her Keyblade shortly after Namine busted her out. Which means she should have started training with it immediately, rather than wait for Sora to get tangled up in another quest and leave her behind. At least she's finally getting some training as KH3 begins.
Starting to catch up in the last game would be too late in most cases...but Sora gets dropped back to Level 1 so often that he doesn't even react to the news that he has to start from scratch anymore. In his own words, "Happens all the time!" He's uniquely easy to catch up to in terms of power...and yet this hasn't stopped him from single-handedly destroying legions of Heartless, slaying no less than three giant Nobody dragons, beating half the members of Organization XIII (the ones Riku didn't get first), etc. etc.
If Kairi can even approach that level of badassery, I will forgive every missed opportunity she's had until now. She probably starts with a major stat advantage, at least. Since she's pure Light, wielding a weapon of pure Light, fighting monsters of Darkness.
She'll never catch up to Riku, though. No one can.

It's called gameplay-story segregation. The jail bars game design aren't reflective of their role in the story of keeping Kairi jailed.
But of course, the fangirls don't care, ANY excuse to bash Kairi and they'll take it. Just WHO'S the "dumbass bimbo" here, Beltanez?

Right behind her, Namine is about to make a dark portal open, which is the only way to actually leave that area of the castle. The prison facility is "maximum security" to the extreme: there are no actual doors. The only way in is (in cutscenes) a dark portal, or (in gameplay) outright cheating with an Action Replay. And in the second way, you end up just as trapped as Kairi.

Yeah, the bars are pretty far apart in the game, but I think the cell is pretty high in the wall, too. Then again, she dives down from the second floor minutes later to "rescue" Sora from the massive Heartless invasion... Hmmm...
