About time I did some character work....here's an engineer type guy. No reference, "torch glasses" inspired by an Orbital gig and Harry Tuttle from the film Brazil by Terry Gilliam.Related content

I like the design of this, be careful when you render it though, if the whole image have the same level of detail the focus point gets unclear. otherwise good job

So, two years late but, here's my two cents: I disagree, my eyes are drawn directly to the character's glasses. Only after I stared at it for a minute did I slowly start to take in all the detail from the rest of the piece. I loved how much detail there was once I started to look for it!

Ha ha yeah i can see that, didn't really know what he'd be an engineer for until i'd finished-his warm clothes said to me "ice base spaceship worker"......so thats what he got.
