Then they have chosen the right guy. This is amazing...
There's so much detail, I don't even have to go in to that
But I like the moon lit chapel and it's rosy tree's, or the mystery of the gate...
The thing that physically obthers me though is...
WHERE IS THE BASE OF THE TREE?
As the tree visably stand behind the wall and is supposed to go behind the gate frame...
it doesn't. Then again, I suppose one likes to use portals.
This is like promoting the game. I'm sure many are suddely interested.
Oh and, a very well done to you sir.

Thank you thats very kind-the stairwell goes into the tree, i think you see it from the other side in the game. This is quite an old work-its odd looking at this again

I've just now read an entire walkthrough, and I probably won't be playing the game myself, since its both not my kinda game, and... I've read the whole walkthrough T_T"
Have you done all the artwork in the game?
Many of it is quite interesting, and looking similar to this style...
...I wonder if you've improved...
Time to find out...

The colors and texture of the environment are so rich, I almost don't know where to rest my eyes, but at the same time its so calm feeling.

Great selection of colours, especially the lilac flowers, which look quite ghostly in the darkness.

I love this, but have one question: what's the thing in the lower center, just in front of the roots-or-fallen branch, with the metal ring at the top? Some kind of metal planter more recent than the rest of the structures around it?
My eyes keep seeing it as a metal mask with large black eye-sockets and a purple wig, or else a demonic serpentine head ditto, which I assume is not what you had in mind....
Other than that, I really love this. You've got such a gift for all the textures--mossy stone, old wood, trees and flowers and untended ground cover and the hazy light through the trees and all.

Wow youve really had a close look at this.... its kinda hard to explain, they are called shadowlocks and play quite an important role in the game. There will be a free trial game for download when the game is released in a couple of months

Ah, that makes sense. I couldn't tell if it was game-specific or just hard to make out.
Unfortunately, I don't do computer games--I'm 52 with bad wrists, and also way too fond of gaming with friends around a table with character sheets and pizza, y'know?
But I love good computer-game environments, so I really enjoy browsing through good art. And your pics are among the best.
