Description
I made EVERYTHING on this costume (except the basket and Toto, but they don't count lol). I drafted the pattern for the dress myself as well as the blouse. I still need to finish my slip, as she does wear one (you can see it in the tornado scenes when her skirt flips up).

The shoes were my labor of love Over 5000 sequins hand sewn ONE AT A TIME to the shoe, which I first had to cover with red fabric. The raw edges of the fabric cover were sealed with a silk ribbon. The rows of sequins are finished at the beginning and ends with several knots. This way, gods forbid a thread snap, I don't lose the whole shoe, only a single small row that is easy to replace.
