ARTIST NOTES
I've had this guy on the back burner for a while now debating if I wanted to transfer my fursona's full design, Niles, on to him or not. Instead I opted to take traits and colors I liked from Niles to make a new design that was still similar but unique on its own, and... voila! Shade was born~
I added a few more things to the Jader charts to help distinguish paw print colors as well. Hopefully that will help you guys in the future with your own Jaders, but in the meantime, I'm going to snuggle this handsome boy that I adore so. Keep an eye out for more Jaders this month with Christmas themes as well as a December raffle! <3

Not really, I keep all mascots slots pretty much closed now for my own private breedings-- those bred recently to public jaders were a one time thing. Any breedings I do now with my own Jaders will only be with sis's for special breedings.

yup, defintely missed that, or skipped it somehow.... I accidentally skip lines and paragraphs when reading things, even in books QuQ I like how it sounds similar to how Niles was created in the event. I would've went the fish way with it, but that's a LOT simpler on top of being far more creative than my idea. XD
and yes, he's very aesthetic to me. I love the more....natural decor, I don't like the term seeing it can be offensive to some people but more... tribal and I love the almost chimeric affect of his face that you did the piebald. Along with the use of complementary colors for his eyes, decor and claws <3
I'm very interested to see how his pups turn out.
Seeing you mentions snuggles I wish I had the skill (and money) to make a plushie of him for you.

It definitely clarified it~ like I said before I like how simple it was seeing how my first thoughts were how those kinda of breedings would go in fish with a mixture of fantasy, with the whole temporary gender change in order to produce offspring and change back kind of idea. Like fish do but less permanent. XD Yours keeps much more with the lore and the setting of eldemore 
It also helps keep things more mature because some people get pervy rather than take the scientific point of view like how I take most things

No worries, I'm always happy to incorporate more into the lore so I'm glad you like it.
But don't forget to have some fun too now and again with characters and lore. Not everything has to be strictly mature and scientific, no fun if that's the case, but I understand. Even I enjoy being silly and immature with my art and characters from time to time to have some silly fun from the usual. cx

I always like looking into the lore of things, I like the marvel that something is, and the story and the explanation behind it.

Edit: Like seriously, I love how silly Numair got, despite me hating him at points? Like he's a fun evil character I guess?? I don't even understand how I feel about him myself
I just would honestly get stuck when it comes to DNA in a fantasy setting though, or simply put the needing of a male and female in most circumstances. Seeing I do tend to over complicate things at points I wouldn't of ever thought of an ancient doing such things, at least not at first X'D Simplicity just doesn't click with my brain. I can be a bit like the stereotypical overly curious scientist, who just speaks excited gibberish while taking notes, with messy, crazy hair and all! (My hair is REALLY curly and I have a hard time taming it. Honestly mix Merida from brave and a ponytail + some static and boom you have my hair)
And I don't really mind others being pervy and all, I just.... I kinda get locked into the "youth safe" kind of mode when I get online. Though I may be awkward about it, seeing I've always been an awkward "Innocent" duck when it comes to things- or as my friends in high school said (I blame my demisexuality and being raised around a bunch of pervs? I don't know). I kinda keep forgetting that DA does have adult content when I get into a mode like "Eldemore mode"
I....I wrote a book again... I'm really sorry... I don't know how to shorten my thoughts either... especially seeing I need to explain everything and all
