Hi there.When I have no ideas what to draw I usually draw dragonball related works/sketches.
Here is Cell in his perfect form redesigned

I have drawn him with 4 eyes on some sketches if i remember correctly-but am not sure-gonna draw him in the future for sure

hmm, interesting concept design for perfect cell. you added a "Frightening" bug-like element to him that his first form had, but he also looks almost mechanical, which lines up with cannon considering he was technically still an android. awesome job man

need to do another one-I dont like this-how it turned out,but cell isnt my fav character so it might take some time before new redesign of his character

Perfect-Cell's face looked too bishonen for a monster in the anime/manga. I like him more when redesigned like this
