Here's a funny screenshot I took from "Thanks to Them". I feel like this scene is an allusion to Star Trek. His costume does remind me of Star Trek and his pointy ears are definitely like Spock, part of the reason everyone just assumes it's part of his costume. I liked how Gus stole the show and no one knew he was using real magic. Jacob just looks like he's crazy and considering he hardly knows anything about them he is a little crazy.
