Here's a nice screenshot I took from the Emperor's New School episode "Cool Summer". It's still hard to believe that's Yzma, clearly the years have not been kind to her. She made herself a teenager again so she could seduce Kuzco in order to kill him. A decent plan and it gives me an idea for how the franchise would end. Like maybe Yzma came up with one last plan to get rid of Kuzco and become empress after graduation. She used a fountain of youth thing to make herself young and beautiful again, but this one was permanent. Her plan is to get Kuzco to love her so she can marry him, then after she marries him she'll stage an accident for him and become the new young empress.
