Here's an image I made of Jinx with Raven and Starfire. I know it's kind of weird but this reflects an idea I put in a fanfiction. With the Titans' help Jinx has learned some new tricks and become more powerful. It was mostly thanks to Raven, her knowledge of magic and some of her books helped Jinx unlock her full potential. I was debating on whether or not to give Jinx the ability to fly, I went back and forth for a while since I had mixed feelings about the idea. Then I thought of a way to make it work. Jinx can't fly so much as levitate, but it's essentially the same. So while she can technically fly she can't fly that fast. It helps her in a fight but it's not very useful in a highspeed chase, kind of like Beast Boy in "Employee of the Month". I know this image is a little misleading to that idea, but imagine that they're just arriving to a fight or something. Plus, what Jinx lacks in speed she can make up for in maneuverability. Like she can spin around while floating, and move forward, backwards, and sideways. It's faster than running but she's one of the slowest flyers of all the Titans.
