Thank you very much for the comment. I am still working on the technique for this kind of shot - trying different filters, etc., but yes a tripod is essential.

Looks like clouds, like a mountain top is poking through! Love it!

I have to say that of all seven I like this one the most. I feel like this one has the best composition and exposure. A couple of the others had corners that seemed a little flat. This one however has captured a great essence of light. Its a very beautiful scene.

Thanks! This is my favorite of the group as well. I am having a little trouble getting the right kind of ND filter that won't vignette on the 10mm.

ND filters are tough. However if you are going to use one. Try to think of a way that the vignette could benefit the image. Or a way to compose the image differently. The others in the group are interesting as well.

yeah, normally not too much of an issue, but with this 10mm lens, it is definitely a pain. I have a couple full frame fish eyes, the Pentax screw mount 35mm one has built-in filters and the 30mm Arsat for MF has rear mount filters. Never a problem with those. Thanks for the comments!

Yeah, that is how I want the water to look, but I have to work on the rest of the image.
