I have on disk, a bunch of images I have taken over the last 6 years, I just recently found out about Deviant Art, so I have been having fun digging through the archives and posting the ones that catch my eye. Because the pictures span a few years, I have used several cameras. The gull pics and the scenic Maine pics were taken with a Nikon D100 with either an 18 - 35mm Nikkor zoom lens or a 70 -300mm Sigma Telephoto Zoom. Some of the other pics were taken with an old Agfa e-photo 1680 digital. My third camera is a Canon EOS Rebel XT digital. The Canon is by far the most fun. On Ebay you can buy lens adapters to use old manual focus Pentax, Zeiss, Schneider, Nikon, Leica, even Hasselblad lenses on EOS bodies. This means you can get super first class glass for the digital at great prices - of course you have to focus and set your exposure manually, but you can't beat the sharpness and the beautiful imaging qualities of some of these lenses.
