I don't have a facebook (deleted), so I just have a couple of questions:
1) Did you use airbrushing, erasing, with layers?
2) You painted with Photoshop, right?

to answer your questions:
1. I am not using airbrush, I just adjust the distance of the brush type: hard round brush, then setting the opacity to 20-40% (its a standard setup), modifying the eraser tool.
2. Yes, I am using Photoshop CS6.
