Workplace toxicity is the no.1 threat to productivity.Examples of toxic behaviour include:
- Discussion of non-work related topics (i.e.: politics, private life).
- Disobeying supervisors.
- Questioning the moral or ethical means of the management.
- Attempting to organize workers' union.
Suspicion of toxic behaviour should immediatley be reported to the assigned Decontamination Agent of your department.
