The entire concept is very powerful, achieving a very profound theme and morbid truth with minimalistic style. I particularly like the contrast of drawing/realism between the skull and the drugs.
My only real criticism is that the skull itself is very realistic and accurate, but I have a problem with the nasal bridge. It's quite high, and while it does very considerably from person to person in all races, most of the nose is cartilage and while the top of the bridge is bone, this one is far too protruding, even if the mystery subject were to possess a more prominent nose.
Also, there are only 14/32 teeth present and the eye cavities are rather large.
Though I can understand if this was more for the message itself than for the realism of the piece. Overall I think it has a great message and I applaud for your use of the phrase "less is more."
