Description
When parents die; divorce; flee; abandon ; or fall too ill to take care of you. This is a place where you are sent to live out the rest of what's left of your childhood. This is my last impression from when I was 11 to 14 yrs. of age. Some had worst to deal with. I was considered lucky enough to have made any impression & survived.)

There was no "safe harbor" amid the dry docks. The roof over your head deprived those that beckoned for a lightning strike. The bell tower is where they punished the "uncontrollables"; some are still there. And the rich adored their views, as they ignored the closely guarded, unwanted; ever so thankful for their privileged lives>.
