In an effort to improve my drawing skills, I have turned again to copying from a picture. This one is copied from a Louis Vuitton advertisement taken from a Vogue magazine, featuring model Indya Moore. Here is the image it was based on: images.app.goo.gl/kmEWj67Xof11… .

It's not a perfect likeness. I put their features too close to the left side of their head, where in the drawing they were turned more toward the viewer. Consequently, they don't look as three-dimensional as they should. The hair took a long time to draw--I'm not very good with curls. Also, their confident expression in the original has become more uncertain in my copy--maybe I projected my own lack of confidence on them. (I just learned that the model, actress Indya Moore, is transgender and uses they/them as pronouns, so I have gone back and tried to replace my original "she/her"s. Apologies if I missed any.)
