This photo is extremely well composed on various levels.  All done right!  The colour combinations, the rule of thirds, the sharpness and the blur.  If this was done in post, it's still fantastic, but if it happened to be taken with exactly that kind of knowledge and eye, I think I should hand up my camera for good lol this image is truly remarkable, however it came to be

great focus for such a close shot.... I can personally vouch that it's trickier than this photo makes it look! are you using a flash with a diffuser?
