In honor of Mother's Day 2017, I am proud to introduce Bette Foxx; Mother of Celine Foxx.My mom irl enjoys vintage old Hollywood kinds of things, so that's what inspired the theme and inspired me to draw Celine's mom this year. Even though she wasn't really a Hollywood actress per say (I'll leave that bit up to your imagination), old Hollywood was kinda her style.
