Lady of the Lake. Inspired by a photo. My very first watercolor attempt... it went pretty lame. I digitally retouched the image (the original colors are different).Pencil + watercolors + digital media

That's great for watercolor;; what kind of paper did you use? It seems to sink in a bit ... either way, though, you've got the hang of color blending~Β
I think watercolor is a media that suits this picture very well! This picture looked great as a black and white sketch, and it looks amazing as a colored one as well~

thanks, unfortunately if was just an ordinary white sheet of paper A4. The color sank a lot... that's my first take to watercolors so I was very awkward, sorry!

In realtΓ ho rinforzato i colori sul tono rossastro con un programma. I colori base sono piΓΉ arcobalenati, ma con lo scanner vengono malissimo e poi preferisco le tonalitΓ quasi monocromatiche. Sto sperimentando... grazie molte del complimento perΓ²!

anche il mio scanner fa i capricci, io cerco con gimp di darli un pΓ² di colore "originale"
