To get this, you just have to shake your camera in front of a small light in the dark (w/ the smallest aperture / longest exposure as possible). You want precision, so the light must be very, very small (I used a LED). Then you must move your camera as smoothly as possible. You might need to practice a little. Have fun!

It comes from the street through the window panes. It was unintended, at first... Then I thought the effect was great and decided to play with it. With very long exposures, it's actually hard to get a black background.
