A lot of art has pretentious names, much of the time necessarily because it intrigues or requires more thought or whatever. But here the title has to do with the picture in a really cool way. Also, is this a 3D image or is it a photo? My guess is that at least the foreground with the hands and yarn are, but it looks like its in front of a separate image.
