Description HDR of logging truck in town.
Turned out great, probably one of my best HDR's yet so I am so proud of it.

I think this is an old Pacific truck or Hayes these particular trucks WERE the severe purpose built trucks for their time sporting v8 or even v12 detroit diesel

haha I hope you don't get annoyed with me commenting on so many of your pictures, but just had to say something about this one. I definitely think that this is your best HDR yet, and think the next step would be editing your HDRs, I don't know, you might already be editing them somewhat, but from my opinion this is a big rusty truck thing, and if it were my picture I would totally crank around on some contrast, textures, sharpness, and really just see how grungy and rusty you can get it to look like. My dad is a big HDR fan, and he has taken some of (REALLY!) old machinery, and the effects are really extreme and cool. I see a lot of good different textures and colors in this that I really think you could play off of in editing. Anyways, good luck and have fun! you sound like you are having a great time with the new camera!

I love editing, but if I start to do that, I always get carried away. Old rusty and dirty stuff are the best HDR pictures I have to agree. I'm still learning, but next time I'll think about that

And don't be silly, haha I love the support and comments. I appreciate them all!

I guess your right, but I don't like to edit it so much that it barely looks like a picture

Fantastic job on this, the angle of the shot and sheer size of the truck bring an almost science fiction feel to it. The mud and wear on the truck give it a fantastic color pallet as well, subtle but interesting at the same time.

Thanks so much, I am very happy with how this came out. I was just climbing off the top of one of these trucks (because I was taking picture of sunset) and had HDR in my mind from the dirty and rough texture of this old truck. It turned out great, thanks for the comment
