The only one that hasn't really changed is XLR8

actually in Heroes united i.e. the generator rex crossover ben did use XLR8 for the first time since the original series and he had a blue stripe instead of a white one which can be accounted for by the fact the the alien force aliens do not have black and white suits like the original series aliens.
