I give myself the right to give the adopt to someone rather to another if the person is really rude or if I see that this particular person already has won a fair share of adopts.

I'll respond under the chosen person's comment for confirmation, then send the unwatermarked design.

When you get the adopt, you must always credit me for the design and the drawing.

You can offer it, but not sell it, unless it comes with more art and stuff.

You can change the species, add accessories and/or scars, modify the design, but it must always be recognisable.

Do not steal, trace, and/or copy this adopt.

You can use it for anything except NFTs, don't use my art and designs for crypto.
