This is absolutely stunning. the detail is incredible. How long did this take you to finish? For a while ive been looking for someone who knows how to use a pen, and you, undoubtedly, do. deffinately a fave, hands down. keep up the wonderful work, and if you dont mind im stalking you from now on.

thanks for the comment. this drawing took about 2 months, you can't see it from the image here 'cause i cleaned it up, but the image is made on a bunch of 3"x5" cards i taped together. i don't really know why...

Escher is my favorite artist and your work reminds me of his. Great article about you in the city paper also. I am sorry that many of your early works have been destroyed (on several occasions).

I love this creation you've mastered. Every minute and miniscule detail you've placed into this artwork fascinates me. Even at a close detailed look, one cannot fathom to find all the marvelous little thoughts placed into each stroke and line. You've outdone yourself in many ideals and aspects. Truly worthy of the recognition you've recieved and of much more. The creative idea of this was amazingly astounding. Love it to pieces, dear.

I'm really intrigued, I think, not only by the sheer level of detail but by the variety of things incorporated--organic, mechanical, architectural. I really like some of the detailing in and around the neck, the column in particular. I envy you, not in the time spent, but certainly on the skill and patience this shows.

That is just astounding. I had to look over this more than once, as there were things I missed the first time I saw it. The detail is just unbelievable, and the artwork itself is like a playground for my brain. How I'd love to have something like this hanging on my wall.
