Wow, man this is out there. Damn it even looks good when you maximize it. Okay I see the cycle along the border. It's intriguing the use of the hybrid fish people along the top row. It's bibical almost. The woman with the three faces and the crown send out something powerful. The symbolism there I can't figure but it stir up something deep. Boy there even on the building. I think work goes the deepest with me as far as what I seen on deviant. I tend to think about death quit often because it makes me appreciate the time I have. This piece is alcehemy whether you intended it or not. Those weird creatures and the accompaning eyes speak to my sub regions. Well if you haven't figured it out by now I really dig this. I'd be really honored if you could quickly browse my gallery. Thank you.

it's amazing, the concept of the death sitting like that, everything here is great.
the last judgement motive in painting was, for example in the Sistine chapel or Memling's Last Jedgement, with jesus in the center and then - on his right side the souls going to heaven, on his left souls going to hell. since here in place of jesus is death, that makes a great field for interpretation, like more parts of this piece do too. great, great job, i'm very impressed

The first time I saw this masterpiece the only thing I did was to get up and clap and bow, there was not much of a choice left. good work

This such an amazing concept! I could look at it for hours. I especially love the small creatures in the borders, and how certain areas of the large figure (Death, I assume) are cut away to reveal his insides.

No, if this is what you made, then you are above Alex Grey and the books of enoch. This picture worth more than a million words to me. This is complete.

This reminds me of older artworks about death and hell. So creepy but so cool at the same time. Lots of different things to look at. Why don't people paint/draw like this anymore?!

Your art reminds me a lot of the art of Alex Grey, very symbolic, spiritual, and powerful as yours.
I suggest you go chek his website, he's amazing. [link]

this is awesome
i like how death has all its traditional connotations portrayed a modern style. I also love the borders; the ideas of time and rebirth and hell and horror, with a hint of purgatory lol. And all with the massive amount of detail whic makes your work so cool.
tis brilliant, i gotta say.

i see "death" as something a little less morbid, there are different viewpoints for everything though, and this is just f*cking awsome none the less. I donno how you manage to put so much detail into your work but it is, without a doubt, amazing! Wouldn't change a thing about this one.

After looking long and hard at this piece, I think the only thing that jumps out at me as being out of place is the two figures ascending the ladder, they appear flatter than the rest of the images.
The rest of it is amazing, especially the little details. My favorite scene in this would have to be the little courtyard with the skeletons, including the horse.
The trees that meld into the building is something I just noticed, amazing as well.
I wish you were my art teacher.
